This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) RFO Part 12. This procurement is being conducted using full and open competition and is subject to the price evaluation preference for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns.
