About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Sediment Removal, Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to remove sediment and clear culverts within Black Rock Lake. Approximately 1,600 cubic yards (yd3) of material shall be removed and transported by the Contractor to an upland location within the Black Rock Lake property, for storage on Government property.
