The Town of Rocky Mount, Virginia (Town or Rocky Mount) is soliciting electronic proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms (A/E firm or firm) to provide professional design, engineering, bidding, and construction administration services for the North Main Corridor Business District Revitalization Project, funded in part through a 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business District Revitalization award from the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) in the amount of $801,533.
