This Request for Proposal seeks to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for a comprehensive compensation study for the Town of Christiansburg, Virginia. The Town invites qualified firms to provide proposals to conduct a comprehensive compensation and classification study to evaluate the Town’s current classification and pay structures as compared to similar municipalities and in the private sector where applicable.
