Scope of Work: The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following: Remove the existing 6-inch backflow preventer. Install a new 6-inch Wilkins 475 ASTR backflow preventer assembly. Install two new OSY (Outside Screw and Yoke) valves. Conduct testing of the new assembly to ensure proper operation in coordination with the government representative.
