About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Flooring Replacement, Hop Brook Lake, Middlebury, CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to remove approximately 1,146sqft (square feet) of existing carpet and install approximately 1,266 sqft (square feet) of 100% waterproof Greenguard Gold or FloorScore Certified Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring to replace the carpet and finish approximately 120 sqft of stairs at the Hop Brook Lake Office.
