The U.S. Food and Drug Administration requires one (1) complete, turnkey single-axis (one degree-of-freedom) linear motion calibration system, commonly described as a shake table, with control software, for laboratory calibration, verification, and validation testing of inertial measurement devices. The system shall be fully assembled, factory-tested, and factory-calibrated prior to shipment, requiring only unpacking, cable connection, and software installation by the end user. The Government seeks sources able to provide a system meeting, at minimum, the following salient performance characteristics.
