About this opportunity
We require an instrument that can acquire real-time data frommultiple modes of measurement simultaneously to yield insight about protein behavior. Theinstrument should be reproducible to facilitate different users acquiring the same results, have minimal running costs without the use of proprietary consumables, come withsoftware to setup experiments and collect data. Automated experiments should collectfluorescence, absorbance, light scattering, and pH/conductivity data. Automated titrationsare required. Temperature and mixing speed must be controllable. The instrument shouldperform experiments in phase separation, protein interactions, protein aggregation, thermalstability, ion binding, and pH stability
