About this opportunity
1. CONTRACT INFORMATIONThis is a pre-solicitation being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act as implemented in RFO FAR Part 36. Firm will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business (SB) set aside Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) primarily within the Corps of Engineers San Francisco District boundaries and secondarily for other South Pacific Division districts (Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Albuquerque) geographical area of responsibility which will include CA, NV, UT, and AZ and portions of OR, ID, CO and WY as determined by SPNs Contracting Officer.
