VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide grounds maintenance on an as-needed basis for nine (9) park & ride commuter lots within the Fredericksburg District. Services shall include all labor, equipment, materials and all incidentals to perform grass mowing, litter pickup, edging, pruning/tree trimming, weed removal (by hand or mechanical means) and weed control (herbicide application) along with chemical application and shoveling of bus shelters and sidewalks during snow events.
