REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES The Fitzgerald and Ben Hill County Regional Solid Waste Management Authority is requesting qualifications and proposals for the selection of an Engineering Firm to provide professional engineering services for the closure of the County's Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Construction & Demolition (C&D) landfill units. The project is funded through the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA).
