Sources Sought – Snow Removal and Ice Control Services – Neville Island and West View, PA DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is conducting market research for snow removal and ice control services at the Pittsburgh Engineer Warehouse and Repair Station (PEWARS), Neville Island, Pennsylvania, and the West View COOP Site, West View, Pennsylvania. The contractor will be required to provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to perform snow removal, ice removal, pretreatment, and ice control services.
