Goochland County (County) is soliciting Conceptual Phase PPEA Proposals that follow the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA) Guidelines adopted by the Boardof Supervisors of Goochland County on September 2, 2008, and revised and approved on July 5, 2011.
