Goochland County (County) is soliciting Conceptual Phase PPEA Proposals that follow the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA) Guidelines adopted by the Boardof Supervisors of Goochland County on September 2, 2008, and revised and approved on July 5, 2011. The intent of this RFP process is for the County to provide interested parties with informationto enable them to prepare and submit a Conceptual Phase PPEA Proposal for pre-construction, construction, and closeout phase services to design and construct the new County Courthouse “(theProject)”. The new Courthouse will be approximately 75,000 square feet.
