In accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i), this is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A BILATERAL CONTRACT MODIFICATION for new out of scope work in lieu of a short period of performance standalone sole source award. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) intends to negotiate a sole source modification to extend the period of performance of its current contract with Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC of 85 New Hampshire Avenue, Suite 150, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801-2926. This modification will extend the current shuttle bus services by three (3) months at the current contract rate. DCSA requires shuttle bus services to include regular and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant shuttle buses for DCSA employees at the...
