About this opportunity
ICE requires comprehensive contractor support services to ensure the ongoing sustainment, optimization, and maturation of its Microsoft Power Suite-based analytical tools. This requirement encompasses operations and maintenance support for critical systems, including the Automated Reminder and Communication System (ARCS), the Interagency Agreement (IAA) Tracker, and the Office of Budget and Program Performance (OBPP) S2 report error detection mechanism.
