PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Robotics Workshop BPA Calls Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VA Caribbean Healthcare System In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1(c)(2)(i) and FAR/RFO 5.101(a), the Department of Veterans Affairs is providing notice of a proposed contracting action for commercial services. This is not a request for quotation, and no solicitation is being issued at this time. The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) intends to solicit and award a future Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5-year period.
