The 700th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to deliver a fully integrated Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system for a Large Conference Rooms at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The installed system must support both SIPR (Secret) and NIPR (Unclassified) operations without requiring HVAC renovations. The contractor shall be responsible for physical installation, wiring, device configuration, programming, and comprehensive end-user training.
