Improvements along Wrightsburg Way within the City of Zebulon include edge milling of existing asphalt pavement, full-depth pavement patching, asphalt leveling, placement of 1.5-inch, 9.5 mm Superpave asphalt overlay, traffic control, striping and signage, and all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary to complete the project. Milling is limited to approx. 7-foot widths at the pavement edges adjacent to the existing gutter line, and to an approx. 15-foot length at the end of the project limits where the proposed overlay ends.
