AMENDMENT 2 [25 AUG 2026] The following has been included in reference to this Call, Section 8: 8.3 Phase 3 Request for Solution Proposal: a. Phase 3 submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be outlined in the invitation to this phase. AMENDMENT 1 [19 AUG 2026] QUESTION: Solution Brief page limit. Section 8.1 states that Solution Briefs "should not exceed eight (8) written pages using 12-point Times New Roman font," while Section 10 refers to "the 5-page limitation" in describing the OCI analysis. Would the Government please confirm which page limit governs the Phase 1 Solution Brief?
