The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) Orlando Division, on behalf of Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE ST3), Program Manager Simulation, is issuing this Call for Solutions (CFS) under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS).
