About this opportunity
This is a Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition: Outer Vest Carrier. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. This Proposed Contract Action is published to notify potential sources that the USDA Forest Service, Inter-Mountain Law Enforcement and Investigations department Intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to BPS Tactical Inc. for USFS approved, outer vest carriers. Only USFS approved ballistic outer vest carriers are authorized to be worn with the Class B or Class C uniform components. The authorized colors and components for the vest outer carriers are approved by the Director of LEI.
