The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner,¿ on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), (¿Using Agency¿), will accept electronic bids for the project entitled Hugh M. Gillis Building Expansion ¿ Southeastern Technical College, Vidalia, Georgia in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The scope of work on this project: construct an addition to the Science building to provide up-to-date technology and design in the Nursing labs that mimic hospitals and medical facilities.
