Sealed bids for construction of Alderman Lane and Parking Improvements will be received until December 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Springfield City Hall at 130 South Laurel Street, Springfield, Georgia 31329 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: The project consists of approximately 3,170 SY of 6" GAB, asphalt milling, 12.5 mm asphalt paving, 300 SY of 6" concrete, 1,260 SY of seal coating, 440 LF of header curb, 90 concrete wheel stops, and 70 LF of 8" storm pipe....
