Most recent Form 990 total revenue of $100,000 or more for the $10,000 grant tier. Proposed event educates professionals supporting children grieving a death. Must submit the most recent 990 with the application. Organization has at least one paid staff member. Organization or its activities are not limited to members of one religious or sectarian group. Organization does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, or national origin. Has not received an educational event grant from New York Life Foundation in the past year.
