The Washington State Department of Commerce’s Community Capacity Initiative (CCI) is seeking qualified professionals to serve as Capital Readiness Advisors for the fiscal year 2027 Capital Project Capacity Grants program. Capital Readiness Advisors will provide expertise and guidance through a peer learning cohort and individual advising to local governments, tribal governments and nonprofits with early-stage capital projects that directly benefit overburdened communities in Washington. Advisors will help grantees strengthen organizational and project readiness, address early-stage capital project challenges, and advance projects toward implementation.
