The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed-Price, Purchase Order to Yale University – Yale Center for Genome Analysis (YCGA) for RNA-Sequencing and Gene Expression Analysis Services. The required period of performance is from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with an anticipated award date of 26 June 2026. This acquisition will be conducted using Simplified Procedures for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12, as implemented by the Department of War (DoW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviations.
