The BALDWIN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, as "Owner" or the "District," is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from licensed and qualified architectural design firms interested in providing professional architectural services for the Baldwin County School District. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") seeks to select the most qualified provider to assist the District in developing a 5-Year Local Facilities Plan and executing associated facility design and construction projects.
